INGREDIENTS: Soy protein

DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Mix one cup (240 ml) of light lactose-free milk or water with one scoop (33 grs) of Obs Protein Shake (scoop included in the package).

To make a thick, cold milkshake, add ½ cup of ice and/or frozen natural fruit and blend for 10 seconds.

For a balanced, low-calorie diet, you should consume the Obs Protein Shake in the morning and eat a healthy snack (such as fresh fruits and/or vegetables) before 12 pm.

The meal should be complete and healthy, include another afternoon snack before 6 pm, and have the shake again in the evening if desired.

If you are looking to gain weight or increase muscle mass, consume one Obs Protein Shake three times a day after meals and a healthy snack (3 Obs Protein Shakes plus 3 balanced meals).
