Roots of Trust Power Golden: The Story of an Entrepreneurial Herbalist
I grew up in a small town surrounded by mountains and crystal-clear rivers.
Since I was a child, my grandmother and mother taught me the secrets of herbal medicine, knowledge passed down through generations of Nayarit residents. But the person who left the greatest mark on me was Don Chebo, my stepgrandfather, an elderly herbalist with sun-tanned skin and a backpack full of herbs.
With him, I learned that true medicine wasn't just found in plants, but in the trust people placed in me. At 17, I dreamed of being a doctor, but life had other plans for me. I immersed myself in holistic and herbal medicine and decided to innovate: I transformed my bulk herbal treatments into concentrated, easier-to-use and more effective extracts.
But there was a big problem: how could I share this knowledge with the world? I had no money, no company, just my passion and an idea.
When I decided to conquer the Guadalajara market, the path wasn't easy: I knocked on doors offering my products. Many rejected me, others were skeptical, but I didn't give up.
One day, after hours without selling a single jar, I sat on a stool, discouraged. I felt like all my efforts weren't bearing fruit, and I wondered if it was really worth it to keep trying. Then, in my mind, I heard Don Chebo's voice: "Have you forgotten what I taught you? Plants heal, but trust is what truly heals." That night, I understood my life's mission.
From then on, I delivered every presentation with passion, telling stories and conveying confidence. My persistence paid off, and my small business grew to become Power Golden.
Today, as the father of three daughters and grandfather of a little princess, I have also dedicated my life to empowering women and young entrepreneurs.
After 22 years of experience, my legacy continues to grow, and I maintain the same mission: to heal, share, and empower. "Seek the sincere health and well-being of people, and your well-being will be complete."
